随着国企改革的深化、市场经济的发展及国内外形势的变化,我们的企业引进的管理经验和技术,转换经营机制,经济效益不断提高,但企业思想政治工作却处在了一个特殊时期。当前在我们的企业中,发展的主流是好的,是健康向上的的,但受社会上一些不良风气的影响,在企业生产、经营、管理等方面还存在一些具体问题,特别是部分干部职工思想政治觉悟有所滑坡、政治敏感性不强等,“好人主义”、“自由主义”有所抬头,这些问题如不从根本上加以解决,必然会阻碍企业的快速发展,贻误我们各项工作的顺利开展。
