民以食为天,确保食品安全不仅是保护人民生命健康,提高人民生活质量的基本要求,也是提高我国农业和食品工业竞争力,促进我国食品对外贸易的重要基础。近年来多起恶性食品安全事故的发生,让消费者在警醒之余,对身边食品的安全程度提出了更高的要求。这就要求我们积极采用标准,提高食品质量安全水平；加大监管力度,规范食品市场的经营和销售。
Food is the world, to ensure food safety is not only the basic requirements to protect people’s lives and health, improve people’s quality of life, but also improve China’s agricultural and food industry competitiveness, and promote China’s food foreign trade an important foundation. In recent years, many malnourished food safety incidents have taken place and consumers have been alerted to the higher demands on the safety of food around them. This requires us to actively adopt standards to improve food quality and safety standards; increase regulatory efforts to regulate the operation of the food market and sales.
