针对马铃薯与收获机摆动分离工作部件间的碰撞模型参数缺失问题,选择“费乌瑞它”、“克新1号”、“大西洋”和“甘农薯5号”作为试验对象,研究下落高度、碰撞材料、碰撞材料厚度和马铃薯硬度等相关因素对马铃薯恢复系数的影响。结果表明影响马铃薯恢复系数程度的主次顺序为马铃薯硬度、碰撞材料、下落高度和碰撞材料厚度。马铃薯恢复系数随下落高度、碰撞材料厚度和硬度的回归方程研究结果表明恢复系数随65Mn钢、铝合金、木板和橡胶等材料依次减小,随马铃薯下落高度的增加递减,并随着硬度和碰撞材料厚度的增加而增加。本研究可为马铃薯挖掘机摆动分离筛等工作部件的设计和优化提供参考。
Aiming at the problem of the missing of the collision model parameters between the swinging working parts of potato and the harvesting machine, select “Fei Wu Rui It”, “Ke Xin No.1”, “Atlantic” and “Gannongshu No.5 ”As a test object, the effects of factors such as drop height, collision material, impact material thickness and potato hardness on the recovery coefficient of potato were studied. The results showed that the order of major and minor factors affecting potato recovery coefficient were potato hardness, collision material, drop height and impact material thickness. The regression equation of potato recovery coefficient with drop height and impact material thickness and hardness showed that the recovery coefficient decreased with the increasing of 65Mn steel, aluminum alloy, wood board and rubber, and then decreased with the drop height of potato. With the increase of hardness and collision The thickness of the material increases. This study can provide reference for the design and optimization of working parts such as swinging sieve of potato excavator.
