目的基层医疗机构档案是基层医疗卫生事业的重要组成部分,记录和反映了基层医疗卫生事业发展的历史。随着医药体制改革的深入,基层医疗机构档案的数量和类型剧增,如何管理好历史档案,并用于疾病防治和科研,是档案管理面临的重要问题。针对仙游县基层医疗机构档案管理存在的问题,文章就强化档案管理意识、提高管理员综合素质、增加软硬件设备投入、建章立制规范管理、加快信息化进程等方面进行阐述和探讨,为基层档案管理更科学标准,档案利用更便捷高效提供参考。
Objectives The files of grass-roots medical institutions are an important part of grass-roots medical and health undertakings, recording and reflecting the history of the development of grassroots medical and health undertakings. With the deepening of the reform of the medical system, the number and types of archives in primary medical institutions have dramatically increased. How to manage historical archives and use them in disease prevention and research is an important issue for archives management. Aiming at the problems existing in the file management of primary medical institutions in Xianyou county, the article elaborates and discusses the aspects such as strengthening the awareness of file management, improving the overall quality of administrators, increasing the investment of hardware and software, establishing the standard management of establishing rules and regulations, and accelerating the progress of informationization. For the grassroots file management more scientific standards, the use of files more convenient and efficient reference.
