一、前言近年来国内外对微量镁在镍基高温合金中的作用进行了广泛地研究,发现加入最佳镁含量能使合金的加工性能和使用性能得到显著地改善。关于GH36合金加入微量镁来改善合金的缺口持久性能的研究工作已经开展,并在生产中取得较好的效果。本文着重论述微量镁对GH36合金的密度,线膨胀系数,杨氏弹性模量、切变弹性模量和泊松比的影响。
I. INTRODUCTION In recent years, the role of trace magnesium in nickel-base superalloy has been extensively studied both at home and abroad. It is found that the addition of the best magnesium content can significantly improve the workability and serviceability of the alloy. GH36 alloy on the addition of trace amounts of magnesium alloy to improve the indentation lasting research work has been carried out and achieved good results in the production. This article focuses on the effects of trace magnesium on the density, linear expansion coefficient, Young’s modulus, shear modulus and Poisson’s ratio of GH36 alloy.
