通过对中老年人太极拳锻炼6个月前、后机体NK细胞活性变化的观察,探讨太极拳对提高中老年人机体免疫调节功能的作用及其机制,结果表明经过6个月的太极拳锻炼,实验组女性的NK细胞活性明显高于锻炼前,差异非常显著;男性的NK细胞活性也增强,差异性显著,对照组未见显著变化。太极拳为中小强度的有氧运动,通过对人体形、意、气的调节,可以改善人的精神状态,增加NK细胞活性,有效调节中老年人的免疫平衡能力。
Through the observation of the changes of NK cell activity in the body after 6 months’ training of Taijiquan in middle-aged and elderly people, the effect and mechanism of Taijiquan on improving the immune regulation function in the middle-aged and elderly people were studied. The results showed that after 6 months of Taijiquan exercise , NK cell activity in experimental group was significantly higher than before exercise, the difference was very significant; male NK cell activity also increased, the difference was significant, the control group showed no significant change. Tai Chi for small and medium-intensity aerobic exercise, through the human body shape, meaning, gas regulation, can improve the mental state, increase NK cell activity, effectively regulate the immune balance ability of the elderly.
