目的探讨电话随访对初治输尿管结石患者留置双J管的影响。方法选取2013年5月—2014年5月在本院泌尿外科住院并诊断为输尿管结石,行输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗并留置双J管的患者276例,在患者出院后开始定时打电话,提醒患者留置双J管的注意事项,并给予心理咨询和答疑、健康教育及告知不良反应的处理方法。12个月后评价患者门诊随访情况、电话互动与答疑情况、并发症发生情况。计数资料比较采用χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 276例患者中,在12个月内有电话互动答疑251例(90.9%),无电话互动答疑25例(9.1%)。不同性别、文化程度、血尿持续时间、疼痛指数、焦虑程度在电话互动答疑情况上差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论有针对性的电话随访有利于患者的护理和康复,对减少输尿管镜钬激光碎石并留置双J管术后并发症和提高患者生活质量起到积极的推动作用。
Objective To investigate the impact of telephone follow-up on dual-J tube in patients with newly diagnosed ureteral calculi. Methods From May 2013 to May 2014, 276 patients were hospitalized in urology department of our hospital and were diagnosed as ureteral calculi, ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy and double J tube were placed in the hospital. After the patients were called, Remind patients to place dual J tube precautions, and to give psychological counseling and Q & A, health education and inform treatment of adverse reactions. After 12 months evaluation of patient outpatient follow-up, telephone interaction and Q & A, complications. Counting data using χ2 test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results Among the 276 patients, 251 cases (90.9%) had telephone interrogation within 12 months and 25 cases (9.1%) did not have interactive telephone answering. The differences of gender, educational level, duration of hematuria, pain index and anxiety were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Targeted telephone follow-up is beneficial to the patient’s care and rehabilitation. It plays a positive role in reducing postoperative complications of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy and double J-tube surgery and improving the quality of life of patients.
