目的:建立兔大脑中动脉栓塞模型。并比较栓塞前后兔大脑中动脉血流速度的变化。方法:新西兰白兔8只,采用兔颈外动脉插管注入自体血栓的方法制备大脑中动脉栓塞模型。应用经颅多普勒(TCD)监测栓塞前后兔大脑中动脉的血流速度。结果:成功建立兔脑栓塞模型。兔大脑中动脉栓塞前的血流速度为:Vs=48.67±5.95cm/s;Vm=27.63±2.94cm/s;PI=1.30±0.14。栓塞后兔大脑中动脉无血流或只有微弱血流。结论:成功建立兔脑栓塞模型后大脑中动脉无血流或只有微弱血流。
Objective: To establish a model of middle cerebral artery occlusion in rabbits. The changes of blood flow velocity in middle cerebral artery were compared before and after embolization. Methods: Eight New Zealand white rabbits were injected with autogenous thrombus via external carotid artery of rabbits to establish middle cerebral artery occlusion model. Transcranial Doppler (TCD) was used to monitor the blood flow velocity in the middle cerebral artery of rabbits before and after embolization. Results: Rabbit model of cerebral embolism was successfully established. The blood flow velocity before middle cerebral artery embolization was: Vs = 48.67 ± 5.95cm / s; Vm = 27.63 ± 2.94cm / s; PI = 1.30 ± 0.14. After embolization of rabbit middle cerebral artery without blood flow or only weak blood flow. Conclusion: The middle cerebral artery has no or only slight blood flow after successful establishment of a rabbit model of cerebral embolism.
