随着科学技术的迅速发展,各种机械对带传动提出了愈来愈高的要求,如高承载能力、高传动效率、结构紧凑、经济耐用,使用维护方便等。为了适应上述要求,近几十年来带传动有了一些发展.本文就几种常见的新型带传动作一简要介绍。一、窄三角带传动 (一)结构特点普通三角带由于横向刚度不足,工作时在胶带拉力作用下,带的横断而产生变形,从而造成三角带横截面中部在轮槽中相对下垂(图1a),致使强力层中每根绳芯受载不匀:靠近轮槽两侧的绳芯所受拉力增大,而中部所受拉力减小。如能设法提高
