治疗赫氏反应是在感染性疾病中,应用高效药物治疗后发生的反应,表现为病情更为严重或恶化,常伴有发热等全身症状,这是用药后,体内充满被杀死的微生物及其代谢产所致,青霉素治(?)体和梅毒、抗痨药治疗结核病、吡喹酮治疗血吸(?)病引起赫氏反应均有报导,我院收治128例伤寒患者中出现发热加剧等原有症状加重或出现新症状等赫氏反应14例,现报会如下.
