幣制實業借欵的渊源满清末葉幣制的混亂,對全國人民的農工業生産、國内外貿易與金融事業的發展,都産生了極惡劣的影響。這是半封建半殖民地經濟的必然的现象與結果。在封建買辦政權統治時代,欲求幣制統一或改善是根本不可能的事。
