职业学院和普通高校的区别就在于它更重视学生的实践技能和实际操作能力的培养,而作为职业学院的教师应该首先具备比较强的实践能力和实际操作能力。但是,随着职业学院教学规模的扩大,许多青年教师走向职业教育岗位,他们大部分是从校门到校门,所以,我们就必须重视对青年教师的实践能力培养。本文对此提出了一些建设性的意见和建议。
