为探讨甲型肝炎 (甲肝 )减毒活疫苗 (H2 减毒株 ) 0、12个月免疫程序的效果 ,并观察甲肝疫苗免疫儿童 12个月加强免疫前后抗 HAV阳转率和几何平均浓度 (GMC) ,在正定县选无肝病史、未注射过甲肝疫苗和免疫球蛋白、血清抗 HAV阴性的 1~ 7岁易感儿童 ,接种甲肝减毒活疫苗 ,免疫后 12个月和加强免疫后 1个月采血 ,用微颗粒酶免疫测定法检测。结果显示 :免疫后 12个月阳转率为 90 0 % ,GMC为 141 2mIU/ml,加强免疫后 1个月阳转率为 10 0 % ,GMC上升到 2 747 1mIU/ml~ 392 6 3mIU/ml,比加强免疫前平均升高 2 3倍。表明H2 株甲肝减毒活疫苗具有较好的免疫记忆反应。
To investigate the effect of 0,12 months immunization schedule of live attenuated hepatitis A (H) attenuated vaccine (H2 attenuated strain) and observe the anti-HAV positive rate and geometric mean concentration before and after 12 months of immunization GMC), Zhengding County, no history of liver disease, no hepatitis A vaccine and immunoglobulin, serum anti-HAV negative 1 to 7 year-old susceptible children vaccinated live attenuated hepatitis A vaccine, 12 months after immunization and after booster Blood was collected for 1 month and tested by micro-granzyme immunoassay. The results showed that the positive rate at 12 months after immunization was 90 0%, the GMC was 141 2mIU / ml, the positive rate at 1 month after booster immunization was 100%, and the GMC increased to 2 747 1mIU / ml ~ 392 6 3mIU / ml, an average of 23 times higher than before the booster immunization. It indicated that the live attenuated attenuated HAV vaccine had good immune memory response.
