介绍了应用单片微机改造早期万能材料试验机的硬件和软件结构,给出了求和的数学模型和简捷的算法,阐述了提高数据采集分辨率和准确度的方法以及应用PP40打印机作x—Y函数记录仪,实现智能打印和绘图的思路。转换电路中,用1片八位A/D和D/A芯片实现16位A/D转换。改造好的试验机提高测量效率数十倍,测量精度亦大大提高;仅投资几千元即可达进口几十万元设备的功能。
