12月6日星期一《中证报》:中央经济工作会议在京举行,胡锦涛、温家宝作重要讲话,会议指出加强改善宏观调控,着力推进改革开放,会议部署了明年经济工作八项主要任务基金托管行门槛降低。中国证监会、中国银监会联合颁布《证券投资基金托管资格管理办法》,《上证报》:国家发改委宏观经济院副院长陈东琪指出中央经济工作会议表明明年的经济工作存在五大亮点。
