我是一名基层的普通教育工作者,从事农村教育工作二十余年来,我深深地热爱自己的事业,特别是从事管理工作以来,常常深思如何使农村教育能尽快地发展,使农村的孩子都能受到良好的教育,特别是劳动技术教育,使学生在校期间能掌握一至二门的实用技术,为学生走向社会奠定良好的基础。劳动技术课程在课程改革中的地位是非常重要的,它对于贯彻素质教育、实施综合实践活动以及促进学生全面发展都有着极其重要的意义。我在基层做教育工作,对于农村劳动技术教育的现状有着深深的感受与忧虑,现就农村学校劳动技术教育的改革谈谈自己的看法。还望同行与专家给予指导。
I am a grass-roots general education worker. I have engaged in rural education for more than 20 years. I deeply love my career. Especially after I have been engaged in management work, I often ponder over how to make rural education develop as quickly as possible and make rural areas Children can receive a good education, especially labor and technical education, so that students can master one to two practical techniques during school, laying a good foundation for students to socialize. The status of labor and technology courses in curriculum reform is very important. It is of great significance for the implementation of quality education, the implementation of comprehensive practical activities and the promotion of students’ all-round development. I have done education at the grass-roots level and have deep feelings and concerns about the status quo of rural labor and technical education.
