188例Ⅲ、Ⅳ期食管癌、贲门癌、肺癌随机均等分为平消胶囊加联合化疗组(治疗组)和单用联合化疗组(对照组),结果两组(CR+PR)有效率分别为60.6％和47.9％(差别不显著(P>0.05);主要临床症状改善总有效率分别为83.5％和60.8％;KPS评分疗后两组评价(P<0.05);治疗组部分病人CD_3、CD_4扣CD_4/CD_8治疗前后自身对照(P<0.05和P<0.01);不良反应治疗组低于对照组。
188 patients with stage III and IV esophageal, cardiac cancer, and lung cancer were randomly divided into Pingxiao capsule plus chemotherapy group (treatment group) and single-use chemotherapy group (control group). The results showed that the two groups (CR+PR) were effective. It was 60.6% and 47.9% (difference was not significant (P>0.05); the total effective rate of improvement of major clinical symptoms was 83.5% and 60.8%; KPS score was evaluated after treatment in both groups (P<0.05); some patients in the treatment group had CD_3, CD_4 detained CD_4/CD_8 before and after treatment of its own control (P <0.05 and P <0.01); Adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than the control group.
