肺癌已成为当今癌性死亡的主要原因,早期发现对于提高生存率相当重要。目前胸片是最常用的肺癌筛选方法。但因为早期肺癌密度较淡,并常与正常解剖结构相重叠, 在常规胸片上影像诊断医生常因不易发现病灶而漏诊和误诊。因此,我们利用数字化放射成像(DR)所配置的计算机辅助检测(CAD)系统来提示影像诊断医生注意可疑区域以利于早期发现病灶。有关CAD在肺结节诊断中的应用,国内鲜见报道,国外也是刚刚起步,笔者也只是一种尝试,现将研究的初步结果报道如下。 1 材料和方法: 1.1 研究对象和材料选取150例经CT证实的肺内单发结节病例作为受检组,其中男性78例,女性72例,年龄22-60岁,中位年龄40岁。结节直径大小约20mm,最大不超过30mm。最
Lung cancer has become the leading cause of cancer death today, and early detection is very important for improving survival. Chest radiographs are currently the most commonly used lung cancer screening method. However, because of the low density of early lung cancer, and often overlap with the normal anatomy, imaging diagnosis in the conventional chest radiograph often difficult to find lesions missed and misdiagnosed. Therefore, we used a computer-aided detection (CAD) system configured by Digital Radiography (DR) to prompt the imaging diagnostician to pay attention to the suspicious area to facilitate early detection of the lesion. The CAD diagnosis of pulmonary nodules in the application of rare domestic reports, foreign countries have just started, the author is only an attempt, the preliminary results of the study are reported below. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Subjects and Materials 150 cases of single pulmonary nodules confirmed by CT were selected as the test group, including 78 males and 72 females, aged 22-60 years, with a median age of 40 years.
