目的探讨喉罩七氟醚吸入麻醉在小儿短小手术中的应用以及安全性。方法回顾性分析48例应用七氟醚吸入麻醉行手术治疗患儿的临床资料。结果 48例患儿麻醉过程平稳、效果好,手术顺利完成,无严重麻醉并发症发生。结论喉罩七氟醚吸入麻醉是一种比较安全可行的麻醉方法 ,操作简便,安全性高,适合用于小儿短小手术,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the application and safety of laryngeal mask sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia in short pediatric surgery. Methods Retrospective analysis of 48 cases of surgical treatment of children with sevoflurane anesthesia in the clinical data. Results 48 cases of children with stable anesthesia, good effect, the successful completion of surgery, no serious complications of anesthesia. Conclusions Laryngeal mask sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia is a safe and feasible method of anesthesia. It is simple and safe to operate and suitable for short pediatric surgery. It is worthy of clinical application.
