应用UGS软件建立了某新型大采高电牵引采煤机摇臂的三维实体模型,并应用ANSYS软件对其进行了结构模态分析。通过对摇臂前16阶模态特征的分析,得出以下结论:该摇臂的各阶模态频率偏低,表明摇臂质量较重,有利于对摇臂的振动进行抑制;第5阶模态的振型特征及最大振幅发生位置正好是摇臂断裂的多发位置,在摇臂设计中应对此给予足够的重视;除第5阶外,其余各阶模态对摇臂整体的强度和可靠性影响不大。
UGS software was used to establish a three-dimensional solid model of the rocker arm of a new type of big mining electric traction shearer. ANSYS software was used to analyze the structure modal. Through the analysis of the first 16 modes of the rocker arm, the following conclusions are drawn: The modal frequencies of each stage of the rocker arm are low, which indicates that the rocker arm is of relatively heavy mass and is beneficial to restrain the vibration of the rocker arm.
