研究了 3%(质量分数 ) Ru对低 Cr高 W铸造镍基高温合金的影响。对比分析了含 Ru和无 Ru合金的铸态 ,1 2 6 0℃ /4h,1 2 6 0℃ /4h+1 2 80℃ /4h,1 2 6 0℃ /4h+1 30 0℃ /4h固溶热处理和 1 2 6 0℃ /4h+1 1 0 0℃ /1 0 0 h热暴露试验得到的显微组织。结果表明 :Ru的加入不会改变合金中析出相的种类 ,但会影响 γ′相和 M6 C碳化物的稳定性 ,使 γ′的固溶温度大约降低 1 0℃ ,并使合金在 1 1 0 0℃下有较强的γ′筏排化倾向。 Ru明显抑制合金中初生和次生 M6 C碳化物的析出 ,有利于稳定高温合金的显微组织
The effect of 3% (mass fraction) Ru on the casting of Ni-base superalloy with low Cr and high W content was studied.
