对某化工厂62名甲基对硫磷生产工人进行了临床体检和血胆碱酯酶及其同工酶测定。生产车间空气中平均浓度为0.12mg/m~3。受检工人的临床症状与体征轻微,但随工龄增长而增多。全血胆碱酯酶未见明显抑制。血浆胆碱酯酶同工酶ChE_1和ChE_2出现区带分裂现象,其阳性率达33.8%,推测这是有机磷农药对胆碱酯酶的一种毒性作用,或者是受抑制的酶在恢复过程中的一种暂时现象。红细胞胆碱酯酶同工酶未见有统计学意义的改变。
The clinical examination and determination of blood cholinesterase and its isoenzymes were performed on 62 methyl parathion producers in a chemical plant. The average concentration of air in the workshop is 0.12mg / m ~ 3. The clinical symptoms and signs of the inspected workers were slight, but increased with the increase of seniority. No significant inhibition of whole blood cholinesterase.
