上海市财政局:你局《关于报批〈上海市会计从业资格管理实施办法〉的请示》(沪财会[2000]30号)收悉。经研究,同意你局报送的《上海市会计从业资格管理实施办法》,请你局发布,并组织实施。今后如需修改, 修改发布之前,可不再报我部批准;修改发布之后30日内报我部备案。附件:上海市会计从业资格管理实施办法
Finance Bureau of Shanghai Municipality: You Bureau has received the Instructions on Applying for and Approving the Implementation Measures of Shanghai Accounting Qualifications Management (Shanghai Finance Association [2000] No. 30). After researching and agreeing with the Measures for the Implementation of Shanghai Accounting Qualification Administration that the Bureau reports, you are invited to publish and organize the implementation. In the future, if it is necessary to amend or revise the publication, it may no longer be reported to the Ministry of the People’s Republic of China for approval; within 30 days after the revision is made, it shall be reported to the Ministry for the record.
