目的分析研究Ⅲ型前列腺炎与间质性膀胱炎的临床区别,为其临床诊治提高疗效。方法收集我院2014年06月至2015年01月期间诊治的Ⅲ型前列腺炎和间质性膀胱炎各5例作为研究对象集合,通过研究分析他们的临床症状表现、尿相关结果、前列腺按摩液镜检、微生物学等来鉴别两种炎症,并给出治疗方法[1]。结果Ⅲ型前列腺炎和间质性膀胱炎都表现有下腹部、膀胱充盈时耻骨上区疼痛、会阴部和睾丸等部位的疼痛,伴有尿频、尿少等等症状。结论Ⅲ型前列腺炎与间质性膀胱炎在临床上是比较容易混淆的两种炎症,他们具有各自不同的特征,需仔细检查后可以鉴别。
Objective To study the clinical difference between type Ⅲ prostatitis and interstitial cystitis and to improve its curative effect. Methods A total of 5 cases of type Ⅲ prostatitis and interstitial cystitis treated in our hospital from June 2014 to January 2015 were collected. The clinical symptoms, urine-related findings, prostate massage fluid Microscopy, microbiology, etc. to identify the two kinds of inflammation, and given treatment [1]. Results Type Ⅲ prostatitis and interstitial cystitis showed lower abdomen, bladder suprapubic pain, perineal and testicular pain, accompanied by frequent urination, oliguria and other symptoms. Conclusion Ⅲ type prostatitis and interstitial cystitis are more easily confused in the clinical two kinds of inflammation, they have their own different characteristics, to be carefully checked after identification.
