2013年9月2日,全国人大常委会行政复议法执法检查组第一次全体会议在京举行,正式启动了《中华人民共和国行政复议法》执法检查。这是该法自1999年实施14年来开展的首次全国性执法检查。受全国人大常委会委托,9月2日至5日,重庆市人大常委会组织执法检查组,赴江北、铜梁对此进行了调研、检查,并召开座谈会,专门听取了人大代表、律协有关人员、行政复议申请人、法律工作者和专家学者的意见。
On September 2, 2013, the first plenary session of the law enforcement inspection team of the administrative reconsideration law of the NPC Standing Committee was held in Beijing and the law enforcement inspection of “Administrative Review Law of the People’s Republic of China” was officially launched. This is the first nationwide law enforcement inspection conducted by the law since it was implemented in 1999 for 14 years. Entrusted by the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress, from September 2 to September 5, the Chongqing Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee organized a law enforcement inspection team to go to Jiangbei and Tongliang to conduct investigations and inspections and held a forum specifically listening to the NPC deputies and law Association personnel, administrative reconsideration applicants, legal workers and experts and scholars opinions.
