近日一台Suzuki TL1000送来维修,发动机怠速不稳定,热车难启动。发动机后杂音很大,仔细检查声音来源是曲轴附近。热车后打开边盖的检查孔,用扳手人手转动曲轴感觉阻力很大。判断为曲轴损坏。下面就描述下维修过程,供大家参考。发动机,开始拆卸发动机。拆掉气门时候千万要注意不要随意去动气门的垫片。一定要把气门垫片按照原来的位置安装。搞混气门垫片,这应该是修大排量摩托车最悲剧的事情。搞混乱后要找回原来组合就没那么简单了。活塞也要做标记。如图1所示。
