教育是培养人,而不是生产人。任何急功近利的做法都如同揠苗助长,欲速则不达。从教十多年,遇到过各种情况不同的学生,教育的过程错综复杂,越发感到对学生保持一种等待的心态,应是教师应该具备的一种素质。
Education is to train people, not producers. Any quick success or failure of practice is like a sprout to help fuel the speed is not up. After teaching for more than ten years and encountering students in different situations, the process of education is complicated. The more we feel that maintaining a wait-mentality for students should be a quality that teachers should possess.
