对企业文化的研究,大多是从企业管理而不是从质量视角出发。能否把企业文化作为一种产品,把企业文化变革作为产品质量进行管理?美国质量管理大师朱兰曾预言:21世纪是质量的世纪。质量管理的研究由最初的产品和生产过程的管理,发展到了营销和服务的管理。而企业文化的研究,多是基于企业管理视角,针对企业文化变革理论的研究,以提升企业核心竞争力为主。很少有人对企业文化进行质量视角的研究。能不能把企业文化作为一种产品,将企业文化变革作为产品质量改进或更新,对其进行质量管理呢?答案是肯定的。
