随着世界科学技术的进步和国家经济社会高速发展,高职高专教育已经不能满足对高端专业技术人员培养的要求,必须进一步晋升本科院校。这是经济社会发展的要求,也是广大人民群众的要求。高职晋升本科必须注重内涵的提升,提高教师队伍水平、教学水平、科研水平以及文化底蕴,也要注意保持职业教育本色,坚持高素质、实用性人才培养目标。
With the advancement of science and technology in the world and the rapid economic and social development of the country, higher vocational education can no longer meet the requirements of high-end professional and technical personnel training and must be further promoted to undergraduate colleges and universities. This is a requirement of economic and social development as well as a requirement of the broad masses of the people. Higher vocational undergraduate must pay attention to the promotion of connotation, improve the level of teachers, teaching level, scientific research and cultural heritage, but also pay attention to maintaining the true nature of vocational education, adhere to high-quality, practical training objectives.
