由于社会转型所带来的价值观多元化,有意识地引导企业员工培育和践行社会主义核心价值观显得尤为重要。对于比较关注个人发展和自身价值实现的青年员工群体,应当强化社会主义核心价值观教育的力度,用正面的熏陶和教育来影响这些职场的新生力量;对于在企业中起承前启后骨干作用的中年员工群体,应该用具体事例从国家、社会、公民三个层面深入阐述如何践行社会主义核心价值观;对于50岁以上的员工群体,应让他们用爱岗敬业的工作热情,来充分展示社会主义核心价值观,从而感染和带动中青年员工。
