目的 :探讨胃癌术前介入化疗的疗效。方法 :总结 2 8例胃癌患者术前接受选择性动脉灌注化疗的结果。其中包括手术所见、病理组织学和临床疗效。结果 :2 5例的病理组织学改变证实有效率 82 1% ,无效 17 9%。有效者中轻度有效 7例 ( 2 5 0 % ) ,中度以上有效 16例 ( 5 7 1% )。临床疗效缓解率 82 2 % ,完全缓解 5例 ( 17 9% ) ,部分缓解 18例 ( 64 3 % )。结论 :患者术前接受选择性动脉灌注化疗近期抗癌效果好 ,能提高手术切除率
Objective: To investigate the effect of preoperative interventional chemotherapy in gastric cancer. Methods: The results of preoperative selective arterial infusion chemotherapy in 28 patients with gastric cancer were summarized. These include surgical findings, histopathology and clinical efficacy. Results: The pathological changes of 25 cases confirmed the effective rate of 82 1%, 17 9%. Among the effective persons, 7 were mildly effective (25.0%) and 16 were moderately effective (57.1%). Clinical response rate 82 2%, complete remission in 5 cases (17 9%), partial remission in 18 cases (64 3%). Conclusion: The patients received selective arterial infusion chemotherapy before anticancer effect is good, can improve the surgical resection rate
