本文对马氏体时效不锈钢不同尺寸的三点弯曲试样用阻力曲线方法进行了COD和J积分的测试,研究了它们的尺寸效应。在本实验范围内得出了同一材料不同尺寸的试样采用阻力曲线方法外推而得的启裂COD(δ_i)和J积分(J_i)值基本相同的结论。同时本实验的结果从尺寸效应和阻力特性的角度证实了COD和J积分两判据的一致性。图2,表4,参考文献10。
In this paper, three-point bending specimens of different sizes of martensitic stainless steel were tested for COD and J integral with the resistance curve method, and their size effects were studied. In the scope of this experiment, it is concluded that the crack initiation COD (δ_i) and J-integral (J_i) values obtained by the resistance curves extrapolation are the same for specimens of the same material with different sizes. At the same time, the results of this experiment confirm the consistency of the two criteria of COD and J integral from the perspective of size effect and resistance. Figure 2, Table 4, Reference 10.
