从自然植物中筛选抗菌消炎药物,已经引起医学界的广泛意注。几年来在这方面我们做了一点实验探索,从中发现有些植物药剂的抗菌作用是突出的。例如我院研制的紫丁香叶制剂实验证明有很好的抗菌作用【1】。在这一启示下我们发现杨柳科旱柳(S.MatsudanakoidZ)李亚科稠李(Pasiaticakom)和槭树科糖槭(A.negumdo.L)抗菌效果明显,尤其前二者的试管抗菌效果十分突出。对其药理实验和临床治疗观察,有待进一步研究。本文特将其试管抗菌作用做一报道,希引起医药学界的注意。
The screening of anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory drugs from natural plants has caused widespread concern in the medical community. In the past few years, we have done some experimental exploration and found that the antibacterial effects of some phytochemicals are outstanding. For example, the experiments of lilac leaf preparations developed by our hospital have proved to have good antibacterial effect [1]. In this enlightenment, we found that the antibacterial effects of S. Matsudanakoid Z Pasiaticakom and A. negumdo. L were significant, especially the in vitro test tube antibacterial effect was very prominent. Observations of their pharmacological experiments and clinical treatments are for further study. This article has made a report on its antibacterial effect in vitro and has attracted the attention of the medical community.
