本研究使用氘代川芎嗪(TMPz)为示踪剂,结合稳定同位素和GC/MS分析的离子簇技术,发现接受灌胃给予TMPz后大鼠的24h尿中存在有TMPz本身及其三种代谢产物.
In this study, dextran tetramethylpyrazine (TMPz) as a tracer, combined with stable isotopes and GC / MS analysis of ion cluster technology found that after receiving oral administration of TMPz TMPz in rats there is the presence of TMPz itself and its three metabolic product.
