改革开放以来,外国对华的投资从无到有,规模不断扩大,积极利用外资便成为了改革开放的重要组成部分。面临新形势和环境的变化,我国利用外资的重点开始由注重“量”的扩张转向“质”的提高。本文分析了目前我国使用外资的情况,指出在利用外资上存在的问题,并提出了新时期我国如何更加有效地利用外资,提升我国外资使用质量方面的建议措施。
Since the reform and opening up, foreign investment in China has grown from an endless scale, expanding its scale and making active use of foreign investment has become an important part of the reform and opening up. Faced with the changes in the new situation and the environment, the focus of China’s utilization of foreign investment began to shift from focusing on “quantity” to “quality”. This article analyzes the current situation of the use of foreign capital in our country, points out the existing problems in the utilization of foreign capital, and puts forward some suggestions on how to use foreign capital more effectively and enhance the quality of foreign investment in our country in the new era.
