氟骨症的诊断主要依靠放射学检查。近年来选择血尿生化用于早期诊断研究已受到重视,对于氟在体内的分布及生化的改变也引起关注。但各报道颇不一致。我们在氟中毒病区和非病区对比研究了自然喂养状态下家猪氟中毒的动物模型,探讨氟中毒草期骨X线与生化的改变等情况。现报告如下:
The diagnosis of skeletal fluorosis depends mainly on radiological examination. In recent years, the choice of hematuria for the early diagnosis of biochemical studies have been taken seriously, the distribution of fluorine in the body and biochemical changes have drawn attention. However, the reports are rather inconsistent. We compared the fluorosis in non-endemic fluorosis and non-ward comparative animal models of fluoride poisoning in domestic pigs at home, to explore fluorosis grass bone X-ray and biochemical changes and so on.
