城市社区服务型党组织建设是基层服务型党组织建设的重要组成部分,同时是建设服务型马克思主义执政党的基础性工程。目前,一些地方对城市社区服务型党组织建设进行了积极探索,取得了初步成效,同时也面临着不断出现的问题,这就需要运用成熟完善的理论来指导实践问题,在理论上深化对城市社区服务型党组织的内涵、基本特征、理论依据、建设思路等的认识。
