本文报告了21例未修复腭裂病人的脑干听觉诱发电位以及耳镜检查结果。50%受试耳的听觉阈略高于正常组;波Ⅰ的潜伏期显著地长于正常组;各波的波间间隔与正常组相应的波间间隔无显著差异;腭裂类型与波Ⅰ潜伏期的持续时间以及听觉阈未见明显关系。提示腭裂病人的听觉功能障碍为传导性耳聋。脑干听觉诱发电位对腭裂病人听觉功能的检查是一种客观而有价值的检查方法。
This article reports the brainstem auditory evoked potentials and otoscopy findings in 21 patients with unrecovered cleft palate. The auditory threshold of 50% of the tested ear was higher than that of the normal group. The latency of wave Ⅰ was significantly longer than that of the normal group. There was no significant difference between the wave interval of the wave and the wave interval of the normal group. Time and hearing threshold no obvious relationship. Tip cleft palate patient's hearing impairment for conductive deafness. Brainstem auditory evoked potentials auditory function in patients with cleft palate examination is an objective and valuable examination.
