目的评价3T TOF MRA对颅内动脉系统的显示能力。方法 40例临床提示颅脑血管疾病患者,前瞻性行3T TOF MRA和DSA检查。以显示颅内动脉的主干及其分支为指标,评价3T TOF MRA显示颅内动脉的能力。结果 3T TOF MRA对大脑前动脉的显示能力等同于DSA(P>0.05);对大脑中动脉及大脑后动脉略低于DSA(P<0.05),但平均显示级别和DSA相当。3T TOF MRA显示颅内动脉系统主干及其分支与DSA有很好的相关性(大脑前动脉,P<0.01;大脑中动脉,P<0.05;大脑后动脉,P<0.01)。结论 3T TOF MRA显著提高了对颅内动脉的显示能力,能很好显示颅内细小血管,与DSA有很好的匹配性,可做为颅内动脉系统评价的首选、无创、无辐射检查方法。
Objective To evaluate the ability of 3T TOF MRA to display intracranial arterial system. Methods Forty patients with cranial and cerebrovascular diseases were prospectively enrolled and prospectively studied by 3T TOF MRA and DSA. The ability of 3T TOF MRA to display intracranial arteries was evaluated using the trunk of the intracranial artery and its branches as an indicator. Results The 3T TOF MRA was equivalent to DSA in the anterior cerebral artery (P> 0.05). The middle cerebral artery and posterior cerebral artery were slightly lower than DSA (P <0.05), but the average level was similar to DSA. The 3T TOF MRA showed that the intracranial arterial system trunk and its branches had a good correlation with DSA (anterior cerebral artery, P <0.01; middle cerebral artery, P <0.05; posterior cerebral artery, P <0.01). Conclusions 3T TOF MRA can significantly improve the ability of intracranial arteries to display the fine intracranial vessels, which is well matched with DSA. It can be used as the first choice for the evaluation of intracranial arteries, noninvasive and non-radiation .
