我院近4年在输尿管切开取石病例中,发现8例并发炎性息肉。现将其临床X线表现报告如下。临床资料一、一般资料:男性3例,女性5例。年龄在21～49岁之间,平均年龄36岁。左侧6例,右侧2例;输尿管上段5例,中段2例,下段1例。二、主要症状和体征:腰痛8例,其中胀痛6例,隐痛和绞痛各1例。血尿7例,脓尿2例,尿石1例,以及尿频尿急尿痛等。体检:7例有肾、输尿管区叩痛,1例无异常发现。小便常规:蛋白质(+)4例,RBC(+)
