目的:了解学生标准化病人在手术室护理实训教学中的效果。方法:将223名护理专科生随机分为试验组(111人)与对照组(112人)。试验组采用学生标准化病人教学方法,对照组采用传统教学法。比较两组理论成绩、操作成绩,自主学习能力和学业自我效能感及教学方法满意度。结果:试验组护生理论成绩、操作成绩,自主学习能力和学业自我效能感及教学方法满意度高于对照组(n P<0.05)。n 结论:学生标准化病人教学方法可提高护生的理论和操作成绩、自主学习能力、学业自我效能感及教学方法满意度。“,”Objective:To evaluate the effect of student standardized patients in nursing teaching in the operating room nursing.Methods:A total of 223 nursing college students were randomly divided into the experimental group (111 people) and the control group (112 people). The experimental group adopted the student-standardized patients teaching method, while the control group adopted the traditional teaching method.The examination scores of theoretical knowledge, practical skills, autonomous learning ability, academic self-efficacy and satisfaction between the two groups were compared.The theoretical performance, operational performance, autonomous learning ability, academic self-efficacy and teaching method satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The experimental group was higher than the control group in theoretical achievement, operational achievement, autonomous learning ability, academic self-efficacy and teaching method satisfaction(n P<0.05).n Conclusions:Standardized patients teaching methods can improve the theoretical and operational performance, autonomous learning ability, academic self-efficacy and teaching method satisfaction of nursing students.
