In the area of immunology, an important and urgent need for simple and reliable in vitro testing for the diagnosis of drug allergies. Although various experiments were reported in different periods in the past, none of them proved to be satisfactory. Skin tests, with a few exceptions, are worthless and dangerous because even a single test dose can be fatal. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the diagnostic value of drug allergy in lymphocyte deformity test and various skin tests (such as puncturing, puncturing, intradermal and skin window).
