铝及铝盐已广泛应用于饮水净化及日常生活之中,致使机体铝暴露的增加,体内铝蓄积和血铝浓度升高。本研究在于通过小鼠长期饮用不同浓度氯化铝的饮水,观察铝对小鼠生长、骨骼、钙磷代谢的影响。
Aluminum and aluminum salts have been widely used in drinking water purification and daily life, resulting in the increase of body aluminum exposure, the body of aluminum accumulation and blood aluminum concentration. The purpose of this study is to observe the effects of aluminum on the growth, skeletal and calcium-phosphorus metabolism of mice by drinking long-term drinking water of different concentrations of aluminum chloride.
