能源法律体系是一国能源法及其制度健全和完善的标志,也直接影响到一国能源安全供应问题。我国能源法律体系有诸多不完善之处。本文在分析我国能源法律体系现状的基础之上,提出了完善我国能源法律体系的相关建议。
Energy legal system is a country’s energy law and its system of sound and perfect sign, but also directly affect the supply of energy security in a country. China’s energy legal system has many imperfections. Based on the analysis of the current situation of China’s energy law system, this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve China’s energy law system.
