目的观察噪声对幼鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法将48只SD幼鼠,随机分为噪声组和对照组;噪声组在80 dB(A)噪声下持续暴露1个月,用Morris水迷宫和大鼠穿梭箱测试幼鼠学习记忆能力。结果在4 d Morris水迷宫定航实验中,噪声组幼鼠的平均逃避潜伏期分别为(57.24±20.11),(39.28±11.23),(20.18±6.23),(9.06±2.98)s,对照组幼鼠的平均逃避潜伏期分别为(39.26±14.86),(25.61±6.97),(12.73±4.87),(4.11±1.12)s,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);平均有效搜索策略百分比分别为20.35%,25.32%,30.13%,38.83%,均低于对照组(P<0.05),噪声组幼鼠空间搜索实验中第1次寻找平台的潜伏期,较对照组延长(P<0.01);穿越平台的次数以及在平台象限停留的时间,均少于对照组(P<0.01);与对照组比较,噪声组幼鼠穿梭箱实验主动回避反应率降低、被动回避反应潜伏期延长(P<0.01)。结论噪声能降低幼鼠的学习记忆能力。
Objective To observe the effect of noise on learning and memory abilities in young rats. Methods Forty-eight SD rats were randomly divided into noise group and control group. The noise group was exposed to 80 dB (A) noise for 1 month. Morris water maze and rat shuttle box were used to test the learning and memory abilities in young rats. Results In the 4 days Morris water maze test, the mean escape latency of the noise group was (57.24 ± 20.11), (39.28 ± 11.23), (20.18 ± 6.23) and (9.06 ± 2.98) s, respectively The average escape latency of rats were (39.26 ± 14.86), (25.61 ± 6.97), (12.73 ± 4.87) and (4.11 ± 1.12) s, respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.01) (20.35%, 25.32%, 30.13% and 38.83%, respectively) were lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The latency of seeking platform for the first time in space search experiment was longer than that of the control group (P <0.01) (P <0.01). Compared with the control group, the active avoidance reaction rate in the shuttle box of the noise group was decreased and the latency of the passive avoidance reaction was prolonged (P <0.01) ). Conclusion Noise can reduce learning and memory in young rats.
