我厂在上级的正确领导下,经过整顿、巩固、提高,胜利地完成了上半年的生产计划。不但生产了360多吨质量优良的400号水泥,而且成本也降低了34%,原材料消耗定额降低了12.5%,劳动生产率提高了86.67%。我们所以能较快的由低到高、由土转洋,主要是由于我们继续实行了政治挂帅,大搞群众运动,大闹技术革新和加强了企业管理。政治挂帅加强思想领导政治挂帅,加强思想领导是做好一切工作的根本保证。上半年,我厂党支部通过“五讲”“四查”“三找”促使职工经常保持革命干劲。所谓“五讲”,是讲形势、讲任务、讲措施、讲方法、讲前进中的有利条件和困难;所谓“四查”就是查思想、查干劲、查计划完成、查劳动效率;所谓“三找”,就是找问题、找根源、找解决办法。在深入开展“五讲”、“四查”、“三找”时,我们充分地利用了“四大”的方
