本文就切纸鼓轮加热故障频繁发生,造成设备停机时间长,有效作业率低这一经常性设备故障进行了分析,找到故障多发的原因,并针对设备本身的缺陷进行了改进。在原有元件的基础上,通过改变旋转导板上的导电铜环以及旋转导板自身在切纸鼓轮前端盖上的固定方式,使旋转导板不会因为切纸鼓轮高速高频振动而松动,达到保护加热线,降低加热故障率的目的,有效降低了加热故障的出现频率。
In this paper, the cutting drum heating failure occurs frequently, resulting in equipment downtime is long, the effective operating rate is low, the recurring equipment failure is analyzed to find the cause of the multiple failures, and the defects of the device itself has been improved. On the basis of the original components, the rotating guide plate will not be loosened by the high-speed high-frequency vibration of the cutting drum by changing the conductive copper ring on the rotating guide plate and the fixing method of the rotating guide plate on the front cover of the cutting drum, Protect the heating wire, reduce the heating failure rate, and effectively reduce the frequency of heating failure.
