以PVC为囊壁材料,水滑石、钙/锌复合热稳定剂为囊芯材料,制备了高效、环保的PVC复合热稳定剂微胶囊,并探讨了该微胶囊的最佳制备工艺。结果表明,所制备的微胶囊固含量为15%,当搅拌速度为600r/min,搅拌时间为160min,溶剂四氢呋喃与非溶剂乙二醇的比为5∶3,乳化剂Span80的量为3%,所得微胶囊结构紧密、粒径分布100~450μm。该热稳定剂微胶囊具有一定的应用前景。
Using PVC as wall material, hydrotalcite and calcium / zinc composite thermal stabilizer as the core material, a highly efficient and environmentally friendly PVC composite thermal stabilizer microcapsule was prepared, and the optimum preparation process of the microcapsule was discussed.
