患者25岁。妊娠早期无异常,自妊娠6个月发现乳房明显胀大并可挤出乳汁,未曾治疗,妊娠8个月时因乳房迅速胀大伴胀痛于1986年11月15日入院求治。
The patient is 25 years old. There was no abnormality during the early pregnancy. The breasts were obviously swelled and milk could be extruded after 6 months of gestation. There was no treatment. On the 15th of November 1986, the patient was admitted to hospital on November 15, 1986 due to rapid breast swelling and pain.
