中老年舞蹈是当下民间的一种新兴艺术形式之一,其不仅能够帮助中老年人强身健体,还能够陶冶情操、愉悦身心。在对中老年群体进行舞蹈培训时,要注意中老年人的活动特点,从基础做起,培养他们的自信心,再配合相关比赛的观摩和参与,进一步提升他们整体的舞蹈水平和身体素质。
Middle-aged and old-age dance is one of the emerging forms of folk art in present-day society. It not only helps the middle-aged and the elderly to maintain their physical fitness, but also cultivates sentiment and body and mind. When training middle-aged and elderly groups to perform dance training, they should pay attention to the characteristics of middle-aged and elderly people’s activities, start from the foundation and cultivate their self-confidence. With the observance and participation of relevant competitions, they should further enhance their overall dance standards and physical fitness.
